Ingredients

1. Pizza Dough:

   - 1 small packet of active dry yeast which is about 2 1/4 teaspoons

   - 1 teaspoon of sugar

   - 1 cup of warm water

   - 2 to 3 cups of all-purpose flour

   - 1 teaspoon of salt

   - 1 tablespoon of olive oil


2. Pizza Sauce:

   - 1 can (14 ounces) of crushed tomatoes

   - 2 cloves of garlic, minced

   - 1 teaspoon of dried oregano

   - 1 teaspoon of dried basil

   - Salt and pepper to taste


3. Toppings:

   - 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese

   -your  favorite toppings (e.g., pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, olives)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Pizza Dough:

   a. Combine the active dry yeast, sugar, and warm water in a small bowl. And wait for 5 to 10 minutes

   b.Take Flour and Salt combine them in a large bowl. Take Yeast Mixture and Olive oil pour in the center of bowl

   c. Mix the ingredients until a dough forms. On a flat surface knead the dough for 5 to 10 mins until it become soft.

   d.Take a Bowl and spray the oil after this place the dough in the bowl, Take the wet or dump cloth and plcae over the bowl, Dough will rise in a warm place and double in size for about 1 -2 hours.

 

2. Prepare the Pizza Sauce:

   a. Combine the crushed tomatoes, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper in a saucepan.

   b. Simmer the sauce over low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust the seasoning to taste.

 

3. Roll out the Pizza Dough:

   a. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).

   b. Punch down the risen dough and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired

c. Place the rolled-out dough onto a pizza stone or baking


4. Prepare and Cook:

   a. Evenly spread the pizza sauce onto the dough, making sure to leave a small border.

   b. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce and add your desired toppings.

   c. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.

 

5. Serve and Indulge:

   a. Take the pizza out of the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes.

   b. Cut into slices, serve, and enjoy the delicious homemade
